She has developed comprehensive plans for an Employee Handbook and a Policy Book, which includes anti-discrimination, wellness, and flexible working policies. Manjulika has also reached employees, families, and the wider community by organizing cultural celebrations for Saraswati Pooja, Christmas, and Eid, fostering a sense of belonging.
